CAPA

Certified Professional Accountant of Agribusiness

In connection with the implementation since 2007 of P (C) BO 30 "Biological assets" and raising the requirements for the professional level of specialists in the economic services of enterprises, the Institute of Accounting and Finance, together with the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine, has developed and the program "Certified agribusiness professional accountant" (САРА) was introduced.

The CAPA program consists of five courses and is based on industry specialization. It was introduced in the agricultural sector (decision of the Collegium of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine dated February 3, 2009), agreed with the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (July 30, 2008). and presented to the regional group of the International Federation of Accountants - ERSBA (10.2009).

Directions of the SARA program:

COURSE 1

Legal regulation of land and property relations in the agricultural sector

COURSE 2

Accounting policy: capitalization and improvement of investment attractiveness and security of the enterprise and agricultural industry

COURSE 3

Accounting of property and agricultural activity according to IAS 41 "Agriculture" and P(S)BO 30 "Biological assets"

COURSE 4

System of tax payments and special modes of taxation of agribusiness

COURSE 5

Accounting for state property in agricultural enterprises

Upon completion of training and successful testing of five courses in the Universal Examination Network, trainees are issued with a САPA Certificate, the validity of which is regulated by the Regulation on Training, Certification and Continuous Improvement of the Qualifications of Federation Members, approved by VIII З\ by the Federation of Auditors, Accountants and Financiers of the Agricultural Industry of Ukraine (May 14, 2010).

Information about members of the Federation who received the SARA certificate is posted on the website of the Federation and on the website of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Ukraine.

The Institute of Accounting and Finance of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine actively cooperates with regional representatives of SARA: NCC "Professional" (Khmelnytska, Vinnytsia, Ternopil, Chernivtsi regions), Center "Aktyv" (Zaporizhka, Dnipropetrovsk region), PE "Rivne-Consulting-Audit" (Rivnensk, Volyn region), Ukrproficentr (Khersonsk, Mykolaiv region).

The cost of distance learning under the SARA program is UAH 1,000. for one course.
