A BINARY LECTURE FOR FUTURE ACCOUNTANTS IN THE LAW ENFORCEMENT SECTOR
WE ALWAYS HAVE A USEFUL AND INTERESTING DIALOGUE WITH UNIVERSITIES. WE DISCUSS THE PROSPECTS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF ACCOUNTING AND REPORTING IN THE CONTEXT OF INDUSTRY 5.0.
On the 14th of March, 2025, Stanislav Vasylyshyn, Director of the Institute of Accounting and Finance of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Doctor of Economics, Professor, had the opportunity to give a binary lecture for students of the D1 speciality ‘Accounting and Taxation’ at Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs on ‘Changing the focus and mission of accounting and reporting in the context of industry 5.0’.
During the lecture, there was a lively discussion with the students about the challenges, benefits, and threats of Industry 5.0, artificial intelligence and digitalisation for accounting, reporting, and the accounting profession in general.
