GOVERNMENTAL ACHIEVEMENT OF THE INSTITUTE OF ACCOUNTING AND FINANCE OF THE NAAS!
Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 1639 of 20.11.2024 ‘On awarding state scholarships to the best young scientists To perpetuate the events of the Revolution of Dignity and honour the feat of the Heroes of Ukraine - the Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred for 2025’, a scholarship named after Ustym Holodniuk was awarded to the Director of the Institute of Accounting and Finance of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine, Deputy Chairman of the Council of the Federation of Auditors, Accountants and Financiers of the Agro-Industrial Complex of Ukraine, leading researcher at the Institute of Agrarian Economics, Doctor of Economics, Professor Stanislav VASILISHYN.
The hero Ustym HOLODNIUK lived in the town of Zbarazh, Ternopil region. He studied at the Berezhany Agricultural Institute. He had been protesting on the Maidan since November 2013. During the attack by security forces on 30 November, he was severely beaten, but later returned to the Maidan. On 20 February 2014, he died of a gunshot wound to the head when he and other Maidan protesters went on the offensive up Instytutska Street. A sniper's bullet ended the young man's life above the Ukraina Hotel near the Khreshchatyk metro station. He was buried in Zbarazh. His 38th battalion was named after him. Ustym Holodniuk was 19 years old...
Stanislav Vasylishyn, at the age of 34, has significant achievements in the field of research and teaching, which allowed him to become one of the 25 young scientists who were awarded scholarships of the Heavenly Hundred Heroes: he is a student and active representative of the scientific school of institutional accounting theory of NAAS academician, Doctor of Economics, Professor Valerii ZHUK. Under his supervision, he defended his doctoral thesis in 2020 and today continues to increase the scientific potential of the Institute of Accounting and Finance of the NAAS of Ukraine.
Stanislav Vasylyshyn's research interests include agrarian economics, accounting, analysis and audit. Based on the results of his scientific activity, Vasylishyn is the author or co-author of 180 scientific and educational works, winner and participant of a number of national and international competitions and projects.
We congratulate Stanislav VASYLISHYN and wish him new scientific and professional achievements for the benefit of Ukraine and in the name of glorifying the feat of the Hero Ustym HOLODNIUK and all the fallen HEROES of the Heavenly Hundred and the fallen Defenders of Ukraine for the peaceful future of the Independent Motherland!
