RESEARCHING AND DISCUSSING THE PROBLEMS OF AUDITOR TRAINING IN UKRAINE
On 4 October 2024, the educational forum ‘AUDITOR TRAINING: FROM THEORY TO PRACTICE’, organised by the NGO “Professional Organisation of Auditors, Accountants and Teachers of Accounting and Control Disciplines” and dedicated to the Day of Education. The event was devoted to the development of teaching audit in the context of ensuring the quality of professional knowledge and skills, the problem of determining the competencies required by a modern auditor and accountant.
During the forum, the Chairman of the Board of the NGO ‘Federation of Auditors, Accountants and Financiers of the Agro-Industrial Complex of Ukraine’, Chairman of the Scientific Council of the Institute of Accounting and Finance of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Academician Valerii Zhuk delivered a welcoming speech and a report on the topic ‘Institutional Theory of Audit’.
As a result of the productive work during the forum, a number of proposals were made to improve the theory and practice of auditor training in Ukraine. We thank the organisers for the invitation and congratulate everyone on the Day of Education!
