"E-REFUND" - A SERVICE TO SIMPLIFY THE PROCEDURE FOR REFUNDING ERRONEOUSLY AND/OR OVERPAID PAYMENTS
The Main Department of the State Tax Service in Cherkasy region informs that the E-Refund service is now available to simplify the procedure for refunding erroneously and/or overpaid taxes.
Taxpayers have the opportunity to remotely apply for a refund/transfer of funds via the Electronic Cabinet in three clicks 24/7.
In the main menu of the Electronic cabinet, in the section "Applications, requests for information" or "Entering reports", select the form "Application for refund of erroneously and/or overpaid amounts of monetary obligations and penalties" (J1302002 - for legal entities or F1302002 - for individuals) from the proposed list (hereinafter - the Application).
After filling in the proposed details of the Application, it is necessary to save it, sign it and send it to the territorial body of the State Tax Service to which the funds were paid.
In addition to the application, the taxpayer may submit a copy of the payment document under which the erroneous and/or overpaid payment was transferred to the budget. To do this, select the "Attach" option in the "Attachments" tab and fill in the required fields of the form.
Refunds of erroneously and/or overpaid funds are possible only within 1095 days from the date of payment and provided that the taxpayer has no tax debt.
