IAF JOINS DISCUSSION ON TRAINING THE NEXT GENERATION OF FINANCIERS
On 6 November 2025, the State Institution ‘Scientific and Methodological Centre for Higher and Pre-Higher Education’ held a round table on the topic: "Training specialists for the banking sector and business: harmonisation of the labour market and the market for educational services in the field of 072 Finance, Banking, Insurance and Stock Market."
The event was attended by representatives of pre-higher education institutions - colleges, department heads, cycle commission chairs, scientists and employers. The discussion was devoted to finding effective mechanisms for interaction between the education system and the modern labour market, identifying trends in the development of financial and banking competencies, and updating the content of educational programmes in line with the requirements of European integration processes.
