The Ministry of Finance has simplified and extended the deadline for submitting annual reports for financial monitoring entities
From 1 January 2026, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine will introduce a new format for interacting with primary financial monitoring entities (PFME). From now on, annual reports will be submitted exclusively online, and the deadlines for their submission have been extended.
These changes are part of the Ministry of Finance's consistent policy of digitising public services, reducing the administrative burden on businesses and improving the quality of reporting data.
The Ministry of Finance reminds that the obligation to submit annual reports for 2025 applies to SPFMs, which are regulated and supervised by the Ministry of Finance:
- Organisers of gambling (casinos, bookmakers, slot machine halls, online poker, lotteries);
- Auditors, accountants, tax consultants;
- Real estate agents;
- Art, precious stones and metals dealers.
