UPDATED SCHEDULE OF INSPECTIONS OF THE GPS: WHAT HAS CHANGED?
After the last update on July 31, 2024, the tax audit plan for the current year has undergone significant changes in all its sections. Thus, Section I, which provides for scheduled inspections of legal entities, names 2138 (19 more than before) enterprises, institutions and organizations. In Section II, which regulates inspections of financial institutions, permanent establishments and representative offices of non-residents, the number of legal entities remained the same - 175.
In turn, Section III, which deals with inspections of individuals, now contains 816 individuals - one more than before.
Finally, Section IV indicates that 174 people will be inspected for personal income tax, military duty and unified social contribution, which is 18 more than previously planned.
