RESOLUTION NO. 272: UPDATED RULES FOR PROPERTY VALUATION
The land valuation methodology was changed to ensure the implementation of the provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Improving the Efficiency of State-Owned Agricultural Land Use" No. 3272-IX dated 27.07.2023.
Thus, Resolution No. 272 amended the Property Valuation Methodology No. 1891. In particular, it provides that the application of the Property Valuation Methodology applies to legal relations related to the valuation of property of state-owned enterprises when contributing to the authorised capital of a business entity, as well as during reorganisation by transforming state-owned enterprises into business entities.
They also defined the procedure for property valuation, taking into account the restrictions on the contribution of agricultural land to the charter capital of a business company if the founder of such a company is a state privatisation body.
These changes came into effect on 12 March.
