POST-WAR RECOVERY OF THE AGRICULTURAL SECTOR OF UKRAINE'S ECONOMY: EXPERT OPINION
On 27 May 2024, on the occasion of the 126th anniversary of the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine, an all-Ukrainian roundtable discussion ‘Post-war recovery of the agricultural sector of Ukraine: vision and priorities’ was held.
Valerii ZhUK, Chairman of the Scientific Council of the Institute of Accounting and Finance of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Doctor of Economics, Professor, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, with the support of the National Research Foundation of Ukraine, presented a report on the role of agrarian and economic science in ensuring the martial law and the restoration of agricultural enterprises.
This roundtable became an extremely important platform for discussing current challenges and prospects for the development of Ukraine's agricultural sector in the post-war period. The event was attended by representatives of state authorities, academic institutions and professional communities.
