SUBMIT A TAX RETURN ON PROPERTY AND INCOME IN ELECTRONIC FORM
A tax return can be filed electronically using the electronic service of the State Tax Service "Electronic Cabinet" or the application "My Tax".
Please note that for the convenience of taxpayers, the State Tax Service has an electronic service called "Tax Declaration on Property Status and Income" in its personal electronic cabinet, which allows for partial automatic pre-filling of the declaration based on data from the State Register of Individuals - Taxpayers and information on immovable or movable property.
The Tax Return on Property Status and Income electronic service allows taxpayers to prepare a tax return and submit it to the supervisory authority with copies of primary documents, including those required to claim a tax rebate.
As a reminder, the taxpayer chooses the method of filing the tax return on property status and income (hereinafter referred to as the tax return) (clause 49.3 of Article 49 of the Code):
personally or by an authorised person;
by mail with acknowledgement of receipt and a list of enclosures not later than 5 days before the deadline for submission (clause 49.5 of Article 49 of the Code);
by means of electronic communication in electronic form in compliance with the requirements of the Laws of Ukraine "On Electronic Documents and Electronic Document Management" and "On Electronic Trust Services".
