GLOBAL TRENDS IN SUSTAINABILITY DISCLOSURE: IFRS SUSTAINABILITY WEBINAR
Stanislav VASYLIShYN, Director of the Institute of Accounting and Finance of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Doctor of Economics, Professor, took part in the prestigious IFRS Sustainability webinar, where the most pressing issues of sustainability disclosure were discussed. The event gathered more than 3605 participants from 123 countries, confirming the global interest in this topic, and its leading speakers were representatives of the ISSB (International Sustainability Standards Board), as well as managers and leading experts of large international corporations KPMG, Amazon, Capital Group.
During the event, it was emphasized that standardization of sustainability disclosures in 77 industries, including agriculture, is a key factor in ensuring transparency and comparability of data for investors.
