THE INSTITUTE’S PARTICIPATION IN THE GENERAL MEETING OF THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURAL ECONOMICS AND FOOD OF THE NATIONAL ACADEMY OF AGRARIAN SCIENCES OF UKRAINE
On May 28, 2026, the General Meeting of the Department of Agrarian Economics and Food of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine (NAAS) was held with the participation of the President of NAAS, Ihor Hrynyk, and chaired by the Academic Secretary of the Department of Agrarian Economics and Food, Academician of NAAS Yurii Lupenko. During the meeting, a presentation entitled “Strategy for Innovative Development of Agricultural Science Based on Public-Private Partnership” was delivered by Serhii Volodin, Director of the Institute of Innovative Bioeconomy LLC and Academician of NAAS. Elections were also conducted for the Bureau of the Department, the Deputy Academic Secretary, the Scientific Secretary of the Department, and the leading members of the Department of Agrarian Economics and Food of NAAS.
The Institute of Accounting and Finance of NAAS was represented at the General Meeting by the Chairman of the Scientific Council, Academician of NAAS Valerii Zhuk, the Director of the Institute, Professor Stanislav Vasylishyn, and the delegated representative, Leading Research Fellow Daria Trachova.
During the meeting, Academician of NAAS and Professor Valerii Zhuk, Chairman of the Scientific Council, and Professor Stanislav Vasylishyn, Director of the Institute, were elected members of the Bureau of the Department of Agrarian Economics and Food of NAAS. In addition, Professors and Doctors of Economic Sciences Stanislav Vasylishyn, Yuliia Bezdushna, and Daria Trachova were elected as leading members of the Department.
The Institute of Accounting and Finance of NAAS sincerely congratulates the newly elected leadership of the Department, including Academician of NAAS Yurii Lupenko, Academic Secretary of the Department; Doctor of Economic Sciences Maksym Kropyvko, Deputy Academic Secretary; and Candidate of Economic Sciences Alla Voitiuk, Scientific Secretary of the Department. The Institute also extends its congratulations to its representatives and all newly elected colleagues. We wish them productive work, scientific vision, professional unity, and every success in accomplishing the strategic objectives of advancing agricultural science.
