THE INSTITUTE’S PARTICIPATION IN THE MEETING OF THE BUREAU OF THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURAL ECONOMICS AND FOOD OF THE NAAS
On 22 July 2026, at the premises of the Presidium of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine, chaired by the Academician-Secretary of the Department of Agrarian Economics and Food, Academician of the NAAS, Doctor of Economic Sciences Y.O. LUPENKO, and with the participation of A.M. MOSKALENKO, Vice-President of the NAAS, Corresponding Member of the NAAS and Doctor of Economics, a meeting of the Bureau of the Department of Agricultural Economics and Food of the NAAS was held.
The meeting was attended by members of the Bureau: V.M. Zhuk, Chair of the Scientific Council of the NAAS Institute of Accounting and Finance, Academician of the NAAS, Doctor of Economics, Professor; and S.I. Vasylishyn, Director of the Institute, Doctor of Economics, Professor.
Among the issues discussed at the meeting were the following reports:
- By I.O. ROMANCHUK, PhD in Technical Sciences, Deputy Director for Scientific Work at the Institute of Food Resources of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine, on the topic ‘Scientific support for innovative technologies for the comprehensive processing of starch-containing raw materials’.
- P.F. Petika, Candidate of Technical Sciences and Acting Director of the Ukrainian Research Institute of Oils and Fats of the NAAS, on the topic ‘On the effectiveness of the activities of the Ukrainian Research Institute of Oils and Fats of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine’.
Following the discussions, members of the Bureau of the NAAS Department of Agricultural Economics and Food provided recommendations on ways to improve the scientific activities of the aforementioned research institutions.
