PARTICIPATION IN THE ROUNDTABLE DEDICATED TO THE 175TH ANNIVERSARY OF SERHIY PODOLYNSKYI
On 17 June 2025, Director of our Institute Stanialv Vasylishyn took part in the conference ‘The Pioneering Feats of a Pioneer’ (dedicated to the 175th anniversary of Serhiy Podolynsky, the founder of the national and world scientific schools of physical economy), organised by the Serhiy Podolynsky Scientific Society and Vadym Hetman Kyiv National Economic University.
The event once again brought together leading scientists and statesmen from different parts of Ukraine, who focused on discussing the invaluable contribution of S. Podolynsky in the Ukrainian, European and universal dimensions of physical and economic thinking.
During the report, professor Vasylishyn S. focused on the importance of considering the directions of sustainable development of rural areas and the agricultural sector of Ukraine through the prism of the teachings of Serhiy Podolynsky, who first substantiated the theory of physical economy. This research is carried out within the framework of National Scientific Centre "Institute of Agrarian Economics", co-executed by the Institute of Accounting and Finance of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine.
As long as we remember and honour the achievements of such brilliant Ukrainians as Serhii Podolynskyi, we will be invincible!!! To new cooperation and research!
