ATTENTION! LEGAL ENTITIES SHOULD ISSUE AN ORDER (INSTRUCTION) ON THE STATE OF MILITARY REGISTRATION BY 1 FEBRUARY
Please note that clause 72 of the Procedure for Organising and Maintaining Military Registration of Conscripts, Persons Liable for Military Service and Reservists, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1487 dated 30 December 2022, stipulates that state bodies, local self-government bodies, enterprises, institutions and organisations shall issue orders (instructions) on the state of military registration for the previous year and tasks for the next year by 1 February each year based on reports, results of measures taken and inspections of the state of military registration in the previous year in accordance with their competence.
By an order (instruction), a legal entity determines
tasks for methodological support of military registration;
advanced training of persons responsible for military registration;
other measures to improve the state of military registration;
If the legal entity manages other enterprises, institutions or organisations, this order (instruction) approves plans for inspections of the state of military registration at these employers.
