Since 2012, the Institute of Accounting and Finance (IAF) has been a publisher of the Oblìk ì fìnansi (ISSN 2518-1181) – a peer-reviewed open access indexed academic e-journal.
Based in Kyiv, Ukraine, IAF has the mission to foster open scientific exchange in all forms, across all economic disciplines. So, the Oblìk ì fìnansi, published by IAF, is fully open access: research articles, reviews, and any other content in this journal are available to everyone free of charge. To provide an open-access journal, IAF finances publication through article processing charges (APC).
The IAF takes responsibility for enforcing rigorous peer review, along with strict ethical policies and standards, to ensure the addition of high-quality scientific works to the field of scholarly publication.
The Institute of Accounting and Finance (IAF) is included in the Research Organization Registry (ROR).
When it comes to the comprehensive exchange of knowledge and research results, partnering with government bodies, scientific institutions, e-libraries, and international bibliographic databases is often the most effective way to achieve this goal. Therefore, we work closely with Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine to develop appropriate teaching and learning materials for accountants and managers of different levels. The journal's publishing house is part of this cooperation.
Oblìk ì fìnansi is licensed as a specialized academic journal (in Economic Sciences; Category B) (decree of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 409, dated 17.03.2020 & No. 1346, dated 10.10.2025). In addition, Oblìk ì fìnansi is registered, abstracted, and indexed in RePEc, Index Copernicus, Crossref, EBSCO, OUCI, ProQuest, J-Gate, Ulrich's Periodicals Directory, ROAD, EuroPub, ERIH PLUS, MIAR, Jisc, Google Scholar, and Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine.
